Mental Health Services
Mental Health is Our Priority
Mental health refers to a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It influences how individuals think, feel, and act as they navigate daily life. Good mental health enables individuals to realize their potential, cope with life’s stresses, work productively, and contribute to their community.
How students access mental health services at MUBAS?
Students can access Mental Health Services in the Directorate of Students Affairs Office through the University’s Chaplain as well as from the University Clinic at no cost.
The services provided are:
- Mental health education
- Individual Counselling
- Addressing ongoing cases on a case-by-case basis
- Handle matters within their sphere of expertise
- Providing compassionate guidance and support.
- Serve as a bridge, connecting students with mental health specialists when necessary.
